The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) of the Republic of the Philippines will be conducting a webinar series entitled “BSP Talks: Kailan ka Babalik?”

It aims to promote the "Balik Scientist Program" of the Philippines and to provide potential Balik Scientists with a guide in the program’s application process.

The first episode will be presented via the Balik Scientist Facebook Page Live on 30 October 2021, at 09:00AM (Beijing Time). It may be accessed through this link (VPN-needed): tinyurl.com/BSPTalksEp1

The “Balik Scientist Program” of the Philippines offers a package of benefits to Filipinos, or a foreigner of Filipino descent, who are experts or professionals in the field of science and technology with an outstanding contribution in his or her field of specialization, also referred to as Balik Scientists. Under the program, a Balik Scientist shall conduct a work plan of activities, such as mentorship, lectures, and research and development, in coordination with a host institution.
