The Philippine Embassy is pleased to be of service to the Filipinos in China. We are committed to providing effective and efficient service to all our kabayan in China.

The Basic Information Guide for the Filipino in China contains information on services related to passports, certifications/notarials, travel tax exemptions, expatriate registration ID, income taxes and other useful advice.

The Consular Section of the Embassy is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The Consular Section also offers 24-hour emergency service to Filipino nationals in distress. For emergency assistance please call 13911180495 or 13701208473.

Filipino citizens living in Beijing and other parts of Northern China, as well as Mongolia or DPRK, are encouraged to register with the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy in Beijing.

Filipinos living in other parts of China may register with any Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong, Macau, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Chongqing or Shanghai, closest to their areas of residence.
