The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Beijing is pleased to announce that the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) is now accepting song entries for its first HIMIG MIGRASYON 2021!

"Himigrasyon" aims to make music as an advocacy tool to raise public awareness on the life of our overseas Filipinos and the issues and challenges they face abroad.

The contest is open to all Filipino composers and songwriters, and music enthusiasts, including those based overseas. Song entry must be an original work of the contestant and may be written in any song genre. The song's lyrics should be in Filipino/English (or combination or both) and must embody the inspiring and challenging life of an overseas Filipino and their migration journey.

The deadline for the submission of entries is on October 31, 2021.
