25 September 2018 – Ladies of the Philippine Embassy in Beijing hosted the tea gathering of the ASEAN Ladies Circle (ALC) on 21 September 2018 at the Embassy's Sentro Rizal.

For this year's hosting, the Embassy featured the art works of Ms. Jensen Moreno, a Filipino artist based in Beijing. Ms. Moreno is a graduate and a master degree holder of Fine Arts at the University of Sto. Tomas in the Philippines. She is a visual arts teacher at the Joy El International Academy Beijing and Kemsley Academy. Last May 27 to 10 June 2018, she held her 5th exhibit entitled "Hall of Fame" at the A.C. Art Museum Hotel. For the ALC hosting her exhibit is entitled "World Class".

For refreshments, the Embassy served pancit, chicken spring rolls, chicken lollipop, and tuna sandwiches as well as maja blanca, and biko for desserts. The Embassy also distributed tourism bags and greeting cards with photos of Ms. Moreno's art works. END.
