14 September 2017 - The Philippine Embassy in Beijing, along with Philippine companies, Liwayway (China) Co. Ltd. and San Miguel Brewery, participated in the "2017 Colourful World - Beijing International Exhibition" on 11 - 13 September 2017 at the China International Exhibition Center.
The exhibition is a part of "12th China Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo (ICCIE)" hosted by the Ministry of Culture, State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SAPPRFT) and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, organized by the China Council for Promotion of International Trade Beijing Sub-council.

The three-day expo aimed to advance cultural exchanges and strengthen friendly ties between China and other countries.
More than 80 participants from 49 embassies and foreign cultural organizations in Beijing participated in the exhibition.
