10 March 2017 - The Philippines expresses very grave concern over the DPRK’s latest missile launch on March 06, which was carried out in disregard of repeated calls by the international community. The Philippines calls on DPRK to cease such acts of provocation as it violates UNSC resolutions, further raises tensions, and seriously undermines regional peace and stability in the Korean Peninsula. We strongly reiterate our call on DPRK to comply with its international obligations under relevant UN Security Council resolutions and also call on DPRK to exercise restraint for the sake of peace and stability in the region.
