In an intimate ceremony at the Friendship Museum, in the beautiful and historic grounds of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), Special Envoy Carlos Chan was recognized by the Chinese NGO for his outstanding efforts in strengthening Philippines-China friendship and cooperation.  The award was conferred by Mr. Feng Zuoku, Vice-President of the CPAFFC, in the presence of Senator Franklin Drilon and Mrs. Drilon.

Mr. Chan is the first recipient of the China-Philippines Friendship Contribution Award.
