17 November 2023, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia — Philippine Non-Resident Ambassador to Mongolia Jaime A. FlorCruz has presented his Letter of Credence to  H.E. Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, President of Mongolia, on 17 November 2023 at the State Palace in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

During the ceremony, Ambassador FlorCruz expressed the Philippines’ readiness to deepen and expand cooperation with Mongolia to even higher levels in the coming years. With both countries open and eager to enhance partnerships and cooperation, the best is yet to come for Philippines-Mongolia bilateral relations.

Vice Consul and Third Secretary Maria May-i L. Fabros and Attaché Carla Camille C. Palma joined the Ambassador on his presentation of credentials. Ambassador FlorCruz joined four other Heads of Missions accredited to the Government of Mongolia - Iran, Guinea, Nicaragua, and Azerbaijan for the ceremony.

The Philippines and Mongolia celebrated 50 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations on 11 October 2023.  END
