The Philippine Embassy in Beijing invites the Filipino community to a gathering on 28 September 2016, 5:00pm, at the Embassy's Sentro Rizal, for a meeting with former President and Special Envoy to China Fidel V. Ramos, who will be in Beijing for an official visit.
