13TH CEREBRAL PALSY AWARENESS AND PROTECTION (CPAP) WEEK
The Philippine Embassy in Beijing informs the Filipino community in China that pursuant to Proclamation No. 5088 of 2004, the 13th Cerebral Palsy Awareness and Protection (CPAP) Week will be celebrated on September 16-22, 2016 under the joint auspices of the National Council on Disability Affairs and the Cerebral Palsied Association of the Philippines, Inc.
This year’s CPAP Week adopts the theme “Kung sa Cerebral Palsy ay may Kaalaman, Maganda ang Kinabukasan”. The observance of this annual event aims to create an environment that will allow persons with cerebral palsy to enjoy productive lives by raising public awareness throughout the society.
