The Embassy is pleased to inform you that our kababayan, Mr. Peter Espina, Art Director in Global Times, has offered to donate all the proceeds of the sale of 200 copies of his book "The Best of Two Cents 2010" to benefit the victims of Typhoon Sendong.  The proceeds will be sent directly to the bank account of the Philippine Red Cross for this purpose.

The book is a compilation of 70 words/phrases popular among Chinese online users, which were brought to life by Peter's pencil.  With much wit and insight, the book keeps Filipinos and other expats in China up to date with the dynamic social trends and the most current in the cultural discourse of Chinese society.
