The Philippine Bureau of Immigration announces the strict implementation of the following requirements for the issuance of visa-upon-arrival to foreign tour groups from the People’s Republic of China or from the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau, as stipulated by Memo Circular Nos. RADJR-2012-002, dated 11 January 2012 and RADJR-2012-012, dated 07 June 2012:

1. Duly notarized letter of request by the Tour Operator/Travel Agent accredited with the Philippine Department of Tourism ;
 
2. Affidavit of Support and Guarantee/Undertaking (as stated in Section 2b of RADJR-2012-002) with the additional statement that the tour group members shall stay in the Philippines for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) hours;
 
3. Names, dates of birth and I.D. number of each tour group member; and
 
4. Confirmed hotel booking for at least twenty-four (24) hours.
