The Philippine Embassy in Beijing will conduct "Oh Wellness: Women's Health Check and Basic Self- Defense" on 25 March 2023, Saturday at the Social Hall of the embassy.

The program includes basic medical consultations to be provided by participating doctors from the Raffles Medical Group in the morning and a basic self-defense course to be conducted by a Beijing-based Filipino martial arts instructor in the afternoon.
