With the untimely passing on 18 April 2022 of His Excellency Jose Santiago L. Sta. Romana, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the People’s Republic of China, the Embassy has opened an electronic Book of Condolences.
