            The Philippine Embassy in Beijing wishes to inform the Filipino community in China that the UN International Open University of Humanity, Health and Science and Peace (IOUHHSP) is not in any way affiliated with the United Nations nor connected with the International Council of Jurists (ICJ).

            The IOUHHSP, with alleged headquarters in Singapore and contacts in UK, is not the legitimate international body or organization as it promotes itself to be. It is also not a civil society organization (CSO) that is in consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council (UNESCO).

            The Philippine Embassy reminds the Filipino community to exercise maximum caution and reasonable prudence when dealing with the abovementioned organization and when enrolling with any learning institution represented by said organization.

            The Philippine Embassy appreciates the Filipino community's assistance in disseminating this information to fellow Filipinos in China.
