The Philippine Embassy in Beijing, as well as all Philippine Consulates General in China (Shanghai, Xiamen, Chongqing, Guangzhou) continue to issue visas to Chinese individual and group travelers to the Philippines.  This service has never been interrupted.  The Philippine Government and the Filipino people welcome Chinese tourists and businessmen to visit the Philippines.
