According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), TS Maring is now outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility as of 10:00 AM of 21 August 2013.
Five provinces (Bataan, Pampanga, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal), key cities in Metro Manila and other areas in Luzon were declared under state of calamity by the NDRRMC. PHP78,868,659.40 worth of damages to agriculture and infrasctructures were incurred in Regions I, IV-A, IV-B and CAR. Of this, damages to infrastructures amounted to PHP56,582,000.00 while damages to agriculutre amounted to PHP22,286,659.40.
