The Philippine Embassy may authenticate and notarize public documents for use in the Philippines.
Authentication of Chinese documents such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, business registration license, health certificate, etc., require prior notarization by a notary public in China and authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Beijing.
PROCEDURE FOR DOCUMENT AUTHENTICATION BOUND FOR THE PHILIPPINES
Documents are to be authenticated by the following:
1.The Local Notary Public Office (with English translation)
2.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in Beijing

3. MFA would then submit the authenticated documents to The Philippine Embassy in Beijing for its authentication. Please note that MFA is the sole agency authorized for the receiving and releasing the applied documents to its rightful holders/owners/corporate entities. The Philippine Embassy is not responsible for distribution of such documents to its respective holders/owners/corporate entities.
