Philippine Visa

The Philippine Embassy in Beijing and all Philippine Consulates General in China, introduced in February 2002 simplified visa guidelines for Chinese nationals visiting the Philippines for a period not exceeding 59 days.

Applicants using passports issued by the People’s Republic of China should be guided by the documentary and procedural requirements concerning applications for entry visas to the Philippines.

The Embassy visa schedule is as follows:

Monday to Friday (except holidays)
08:30  to 11:00 - acceptance of visa applications)
15:00  to 17:30 - release of visa

Visa applications will not be accepted in the afternoon. Visas will be released four (4) working days after receipt by the Embassy, unless advised otherwise.

 

菲律宾签证

驻华菲律宾大使馆与所有驻华菲律宾领事馆,于2002年2月实行针对访问菲律宾不超过59天的中国公民简化签证。

对持有中华人民共和国护照的申请人,应遵照办理申请菲律宾入境签证所需相关文件和手续的要求。

签证安排

周一至周五 (除节假日外)
08:30-11:00
- 接受签证申请
15:00-17:30 - 取签证

下午不接受签证申请。使馆接受签证申请后,除非接到通知,通常四个工作日后可取签证。

Reminders:

  • Chinese individuals need to file their visa applications in person if the passports are issued in areas outside the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Beijing (i.e. outside of Hebei, Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Henan, Gansu, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Beijing, Tianjin,  Sichuan, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Tibet). 
  • Normal processing of visa takes four (4) working days from the date of receipt of application. An overtime fee of RMB190.00 shall be collected for urgent processing, to be released one working day after the date of receipt of the application.  Visa of other nationalities, on a case to case basis, may be available after five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the application.
  • Visa fee for 9(A) Pleasure/Business Visa (pay in exact amount):
    RMB 190.00              -  Chinese nationals (single entry)

For other nationals, visa fees vary between RMB 228 to RMB 304.  (Please consult the Cashier/ Collecting Officer.)

  • Filing of visa applications: 
          Monday to Friday (except holidays), 8:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
    Releasing of visa:
          Monday to Friday (except holidays), 3:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.

 

  • The applicant or his/her representative is responsible for checking the visa upon its release from the Consular Section of the Embassy.  Please inform the Consular Assistant/Officer immediately if there are discrepancies in the information in the visa issued, so that the visa may be replaced.

 

9(A) Pleasure Visa (Temporary Visitors Visa for Individuals):

  1. Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;
  2. Two (2) copies completed visa application (2-sided) forms with photographs;
  3. Proof of financial capacity through any one of the following documents: 
    • Certificate of employment detailing applicant’s position, salary and length of employment, written in English or with an English translation with signature of authorized officer of the company and company chop/ seal (retirement certificate if already retired)
    • Certificate of property ownership with its English translation
    • Certificate of bank deposit (at least RMB 20,000) with bank chop/ seal
    • Letter of invitation from a reputable Philippine organization or from a Filipino citizen with attached copy of his/her passport or government issued identification card
  1. Confirmed return/onward passage/ airline ticket and its photocopy;
  2. Confirmed hotel booking, or invitation letter from a legal resident in the Philippines (if staying with a friend in the Philippines); and
  3. For minors under 15 years of age – copy of birth certificate with English translation

For minors under 15 years of age, unaccompanied by a parent or not joining a parent (apply for Waiver of Exclusion Ground with the Immigration at the port of entry)

    • Any of the parents must personally come to the Embassy to execute the Affidavit of Request and Consent (fee of RMB 190). Submit two (2) copies of birth certificate of the minor, two (2) copies of parent’s passport & two (2) copies of passport of the accompanying adult.

 7.Visa fee of RMB 190.00 

*The Consular Officer may require the submission of additional supporting documents, refuse a visa application, or deny a visa issuance as warranted in accordance with existing rules and regulations of the Philippine Government.  Applicant/s may be required to come to the Embassy for an interview if the Consular Officer finds it necessary. 

9(A) Business visa (Temporary Visitors Visa for Individuals): 

  1. Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines; 
  2. Two (2) completed visa application (2-sided) forms with photographs; 
  3. Letter of introduction from employer-company written in English or with an English translation with signature of authorized officer of the company and company chop/ seal; 
  4. Letter of invitation from Philippine company or event organizer, with attached copy of the company’s S.E.C., DTI registration or Mayor’s business permit and copy of passport or any government issued ID of the signatory.  If invitation is signed by a foreigner- please attach copy of passport and copy of a valid Philippine visa. Invitation must indicate period of stay in the Philippines 
  5. Confirmed return/onward passage/ airline ticket and its photocopy;
  6. Confirmed hotel booking, or invitation letter from a legal resident in the Philippines (if staying with a friend in the Philippines); and 
  7. Visa fee of RMB 190.00

9( C ) Seaman/ Crew member

  1. Seaman’s book or travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines; 
  2. Two (2) copies completed visa application (2-sided) forms with photographs; 
  3. Confirmed passage/ airline ticket and its photocopy;
  4. Confirmed hotel booking, or invitation letter from a legal resident in the Philippines (if staying with a friend in the Philippines);
  5. Certificate of employment/ introduction letter from employer-company written in English or with an English translation with signature of authorized officer of the company and company chop/ seal, letter of invitation from Shipping/ Maritime company in Philippines; and 
  6. Visa fee of RMB 152.00 

9 (A) Business Visa for foreign newsmen and journalists intending to visit the Philippines: 

  1. Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines; 
  2. Two (2) copies completed visa application (2-sided) forms with photographs;
  3. Confirmed return/onward passage/ airline ticket and its photocopy;
  4. Confirmed hotel booking, or invitation letter from a legal resident in the Philippines (if staying with a friend in the Philippines);
  5. Curriculum vitae of newsman/journalist; 
  6. Shortlist of work credits; 
  7. Copy of one (1) sample article written by newsman/journalist; 
  8. Background of media organization, including target market/audience, circulation, format; 
  9. Letter of endorsement from the agency they represent; 
  10. Certification from their respective Embassy in the Philippines; 
  11. Visa fee of RMB 190.00; 
  12. Administrative arrangements for the work in the Philippines: 
    1. List of members of the reportorial team, nationalities and passport details;
    2. Contact person in the Philippines
    3. Planned itinerary and activities, with storyline for any films to be made;
    4. List of equipment to be carried by each team member, with certification from the media organization that said equipment will be re-exported at the end of trip to the Philippines;
    5. Flight details (arrival & departure); and
    6. For each team member, three (3) pieces of 2” x 2” colored photographs with white background, which shall be submitted to International Press Center (IPQ) upon arrival in Manila, for the accreditation card. 

Note: 
Upon arrival in the Philippines foreign newsmen/journalists have to present themselves at the International Press Center Office for accreditation.

Foreign newsmen are required to secure an MTRCB Export Permit in order to bring out of the country the film or footages that they have shot or produced in the Philippines.

The visa applications, together with the documentary requirements of foreign newsmen, journalists, and cinema and television groups shall be forwarded by the Embassy to the International Press Center through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Manila.  Visas will be issued upon receipt of the favorable endorsement of the International Press Center through the DFA.

菲律宾入境签证的需求

  • 对于个签申请,如果签证申请者的护照签发地不在菲律宾驻华使馆的领区范围内,需本人亲自到使馆办理。 (菲律宾驻华使馆的领区范围包括河北、山西、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、山东、河南、甘肃、青海、陕西、北京、天津、四川、内蒙古、宁夏、新疆 、西藏)
  • 签证正常审理从受理之日起需花费四(4)个工作日。加急审理需收取人民币190.00元,签证在受理之日起一个工作日后发放。其他国家公民的签证,根据各案情况,从申请受理之日其五(5)个工作日后可得。
  • 签证费 (旅游签证/商务签证):
       人民币190.00  -  中国公民(一次入境
       
    其他国家公民的签证费不同 (人民币228  – 人民币304)。(请向签证处收银台询问
  • 签证申请受理时间 :周一至周五(除节假日外),上午8:30至11:00
    签证发放时间 :周一至周五(除节假日外)下午3:00至下午5:30
  • 申请人及其代表有责任在大使馆领事处发放签证时检查签证,所发签证信息如有所不符,请立即告知领事助理/官员,以便重发签证。 

9(A)旅游签证  (个人临时访问签证)

  1. 有效护照或旅行证件,有效期需超过在菲律宾停留时间至少六个月以上;
  2. 两份(2)填写好并附上照片的签证申请表(正反两面);
  3. 下列文件中的任何一条经济能力证明; 
    1. 工作单位工作证明/介绍信,详细内容包括申请人的职务、工资和聘用年限,请用英文书写或附英文翻译,由公司授权官员牵制并盖公司公章。 (如已退休,提供退休证明);
    2. 个人财产证明,请附英文翻译; 
    3. 盖有银行印章的银行存款证明 (存额不少于人民币两万[20,000]元; 
    4. 来自一家声誉好的菲律宾公司或一位菲律宾公民(需附上其护照或政府颁发的身份证复印件)的邀请函;
  4. 已出票的往返/过境机票及复印件;
  5. 确认的酒店预订或菲律宾公民或在菲合法居住者(如在菲律宾和朋友住在一起)的邀请函;
  6. 十五岁以下儿童:出生证复印件; 十五岁以下儿童无父母一方陪同或非父母陪同需申请同意出行及申请拒绝入境赦免证明(WEG) • 即由父母一方本人到使馆签署的宣誓同意证明书(费用人民币190元),提供出生证复印件两(2)份、父母一方的护照复印件两(2)份和陪同成年人的护照复印件两(2)份。
  7. 签证费人民币190元。

*领事官可能根据菲律宾政府现行规章制度,要求提供额外支持文件,拒收签证申请或拒签签证。领事官如认为必要,可能会要求申请人前往大使馆面试。

9(A)商务签证  (个人临时访问签证)

  1. 有效护照或旅行证件,有效期需超过在菲律宾停留时间至少六个月以上;
  2. 两份(2)填写好并附上照片的签证申请表(正反两面);
  3. 由公司授权官员签字并盖公司印章的工作单位介绍信. 请用英文书写或附英文翻译;
  4. 菲律宾公司或活动组织者的邀请函,并附上公司的S.E.C 、DTI登记证书或市长签发的营业许可以及签证人的护照或任何政府颁发的证件复印件。邀请函如由外国人签字,请附上护照和有效的菲律宾签证页复印件。邀请函必须注明在菲律宾停留的期间;
  5. 已出票的往返/过境机票及复印件;
  6. 确认的酒店预订或菲律宾公民或在菲合法居住者(如在菲律宾和朋友住在一起)的邀请函;
  7. 签证费人民币190元。

*领事官可能根据菲律宾政府现行规章制度,要求提供额外支持文件,拒收签证申请或拒签签证。领事官如认为必要,可能会要求申请人前往大使馆面试。

9 (C ) 水手/船员签证

  1. 海员证或旅行证明文件,有效期需超过在菲律宾停留时间至少六(6)个月以上;
  2. 两份(2)填写好并附上照片的签证申请表(正反两面);
  3. 已出票的往返/过境机票及复印件;
  4. 确认的酒店预订或菲律宾公民或在菲合法居住者(如在菲律宾和朋友住在一起)的邀请函;
  5. 由公司授权官员签字并盖有公司位印章的工作单位工作证明/介绍信。请用英文书写或附英文翻译。菲律宾船务/海事公司的邀请函;
  6. 签证费人民币152.00元

9(A)外国新闻工作者和记者商务签证

  1. 有效护照或旅行证明文件,有效期需超过在菲律宾停留时间至少六(6)个月以上;
  2. 两份(2)填写好并附上照片的签证申请表(正反两面);
  3. 已出票的往返/过境机票及复印件;
  4. 确认的酒店预订或菲律宾公民或在菲合法居住者(如在菲律宾和朋友住在一起)的邀请函;
  5. 新闻工作者/记者简历;
  6. 从业经历列表;
  7. 新闻工作者/记者所著的一(1)篇文章样稿副本;
  8. 媒体组织背景介绍,包括目标市场/观众,发行量,形式;
  9. 他们所代表的机构的派遣信;
  10. 他们所在国驻菲律宾大使馆的证明;
  11. 签证费人民币190元;
  12. 在菲律宾工作的行政安排;
    1. 记者团成员名单、国籍、护照详细信息; 
    2. 在菲律宾的联系人;
    3. 计划行程及活动,如拍摄影片,需提供情节梗概; 
    4. 每个团队成员所需持有的设备清单,并附上该媒体组织关于在菲律宾之行结束时上述设备将离境的证明;
    5. 航班信息(抵达和离开); 
    6. 每个团队成员,三张2X2寸白色背景照片,这些照片在抵达菲律宾马尼拉后必交给国际新闻中心 (IPC)制作采访卡。

注意:

外国新闻工作者/记者在抵达菲律宾后必须立即向国际新闻中心(IPC)报到,接受采访审查。

外国新闻工作者、记者和电影电视摄制组的签证申请以及所需文件应由大使馆经马尼拉菲律宾外交部(DFA)转发给国际新闻中心 (IPC)。签证将通过菲律宾外交部收到国际新闻中心批准后签发。
